WHAT'S BROKEN?
Recruiting is a $400 billion industry with more than 500 million job openings annually. The problem is that the recruiting industry is broken in these areas. In order to address the above problems, we’ve developed a system that defines what redemptive recruiting looks like. This system includes relationship, excellence, and education.
