THE TURAS 5 C'S
We seek to recognize the God-given talents and gifts in each team member. We encourage them to use those gifts to serve and encourage our team. We have weekly learning and development trainings. We conduct regular career development conversations with our team and provide constructive feedback in order to help them develop professionally. We celebrate everyone’s birthdays and work anniversaries. We regularly publicly appreciate and praise our team to recognize and celebrate each other!
We treat all candidates like they’re made in the image of God, because they are. Honoring them begins with responding to them. Many candidates never hear back from a company after they apply. We commit to responding to candidates in a timely manner. We strive to care for and get to know each candidate we talk to. We also aim to coach them (sharing 1 thing they did well and 1 thing they can improve in) whether or not we’re moving forward in the process with them or not.
We steward our client relationships and aim to serve them in a God-honoring way. We commit to responding to our clients within 24 hours. We commit communicating with them weekly in order to calibrate on the quality of our candidates and our process. We hold monthly recruiting partnership reviews with our new clients and quarterly reviews with our long-term clients. We use this time to share why we appreciate them, discuss our delivery, ask for their feedback and action plan how to improve.
Communities & Cities
We desire to seek the welfare of the communities and cities we live and work. We look for community partners that we can support both in prayer and financially.
